The proposal is centered on the queer universe and gathers 20 artists from different perspectives and territories.\u00a0<i>CUIR<\/i>\u00a0is the Spanish term that the curators have adopted as the title of this exhibition to convoke and explore notions of family and affections. Se realiz\u00f3 en el transcurso de la exposici\u00f3n con la participaci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea de los visitantes \u00a0y con workshops realizados en el museo e instituciones de la comunidad, como por ejemplo The LGBTQ Center de Long Beach, Angels Gate Cultural Center de San Pedro, California, entre otras.<br \/>\nEn esta construcci\u00f3n colectiva se invit\u00f3 a la comunidad a donar telas, ropas, etc para la construcci\u00f3n de una bandera de 30 pies por 100 pies que se la desfil\u00f3\u00a0en la Pride Parade en Long Beach. El desfile fue curado por Lucrecia Palacios. Para ello, idearon dos trajes,\u00a0<strong>\u201cChola &amp; Cholita\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>\u201cGuaranita\u201d<\/strong>, donde combinaron referencias a los trajes usados por la comunidad boliviana que hab\u00edan participado en las marchas del orgullo en la ciudad de Buenos Aires junto con un homenaje a las mujeres artistas del modernismo.
